What an incredible day celebrating the wedding of Shannon & Jason, now the new Mr & Mrs McGrath, at the stunning Slieve Russell Hotel, Cavan. From start to finish, the atmosphere was electric, the love was undeniable, and the craic was mighty!

I had the absolute pleasure of providing MC duties for the room entrances and speeches, before finishing the night with my comedy hypnosis show after dinner and handing the reins over to the amazing Tributes band and the legend that is DJ Marty. The crowd were unbelievable — fully up for the fun — which made the show even more memorable. Nights like these are exactly why I love what I do!

On Friday 19th December, I had the absolute pleasure of performing at Joanna & Aaron’s wedding at the Great National Hotel, Ballina, and what a fantastic day and night it was from start to finish. This was one of those weddings where everything just clicked  a brilliant couple, a lively crowd, an amazing venue, and a top-class team of suppliers.

From the moment I arrived, you could feel the excitement in the room. Joanna and Aaron are such a lovely couple  warm, welcoming, They were in getting photos in the room when i arrived so i got to meet them before i got started and they completely up for having fun. Their guests mirrored that energy, which always makes for an unforgettable celebration.

MC Duties & Entertainment

On the day, I supplied MC services for the room entrances and speeches, helping keep everything running smoothly while building a great atmosphere in the room. After dinner, it was time for my one-hour comedy hypnosis show, and the crowd absolutely loved it.

The guests were fully engaged, willing to get involved, and ready for a laugh — which is exactly what you want for this type of entertainment. Joanna and Aaron trusted the process, embraced the fun, and it paid off with huge laughs and incredible reactions all around the room.

A Fantastic Venue – Great National Hotel, Ballina

The Great National Hotel, Ballina is a truly superb wedding venue in County Mayo and perfect for your big day. The room layout, atmosphere, and overall flow of the evening worked brilliantly for both speeches and entertainment.

A special mention must go to Denise, the wedding manager/coordinator at the hotel. Denise is an absolute credit to the venue professional, organised, calm under pressure, when i arrived we went over everything and this can help so much it just means everyone is singing of the same sheet, Denise is fantastic to work with. The entire hotel team were outstanding, ensuring everything ran seamlessly throughout the day and night. When a venue has a team like this behind it, it makes a huge difference for couples and suppliers alike.

The evening entertainment was taken to another level by Bitz and Pieces, a fantastic three-piece wedding band based in County Tyrone.

Barry, the front man, is an incredibly talented multi-instrumentalist and genuinely one of the nicest guys in the wedding business.

The band kept the dancefloor full all night and also supplied an amazing Photo Booth, which was a massive hit with guests and a brilliant value package for couples.

Joanna & Aaron’s wedding on Friday 19th December was full of laughter, energy, and unforgettable moments. Their guests had an incredible time, and I’m delighted to have been part of such a special celebration.

What an incredible night it was at Gráinne and Eoin’s wedding in the stunning Slieve Russell Hotel, Cavan! 🎉 From start to finish, the day was filled with energy, happiness, and plenty of craic, and I was delighted to be part of it.

A Hypnotic Hour of Laughter

I had the absolute pleasure of providing the after-dinner entertainment with my Dale Thomas Comedy Hypnotist Show. While the band set up, I took to the stage for a full one-hour show, and what a crowd I was treated to!

The guests were more than ready to get involved—laughing, volunteering, and embracing the madness possibly one of the largest conga lines I've ever seen, from the very first moment. It’s nights like these that remind me why I love what I do. The atmosphere was electric, and together we created a show none of us will forget in a hurry!

On the 31st of October, I had the absolute pleasure of performing my 1-hour after-dinner comedy hypnosis show for the incredible wedding of Meghan and Niall the brand new Mr & Mrs Brown. And what a night it was!

The wedding took place in the stunning marquee at the beautiful Beech Hill Country House, a venue that always delivers charm, atmosphere, and a touch of magic but on Halloween night, it was something extra special. also only 5 minutes from me so a short trip is a win.

From the moment I stepped on stage, the energy in the room was electric. Before I even had the chance to ask for volunteers, every seat was filled and the guests were more than ready to let loose, have fun, and dive into the madness. It’s the kind of crowd every entertainer dreams of, and they made the entire show an absolute joy.

It was especially meaningful to be chosen by Meghan, who was not only a wonderful bride but also a talented content creator herself, running Grianghraif.Megan. Being selected by a fellow wedding professional to perform on her big day is a true honour, and it was a privilege to add laughter and unforgettable moments to such an important celebration.

The celebration took place at the stunning Ten Square Hotel, a venue that never fails to impress with its vibrant atmosphere and picture-perfect location.

From the moment I arrived, it was clear this was going to be a special one. The room looked incredible, thanks to the talented team at Charm Wedding Studio. Their décor set the tone perfectly—elegant, modern, and full of personality. The ideal backdrop for an evening of laughter, surprises, and unforgettable moments on stage.

On Thursday 27th November, I had the pleasure of performing at the breathtaking Cabra Castle Hotel in Co. Cavan for the beautiful wedding of Lisa and Paul. This venue is already known for its fairytale setting, but the atmosphere on the night was something truly special—full of excitement, warmth, and celebration.

After dinner, I took to the stage for my one-hour comedy hypnosis show, and the crowd couldn’t have been more up for a laugh. Their energy was brilliant from the moment we started, and the room filled quickly with that kind of joyful buzz that makes a show really come alive.

While I was keeping the guests entertained with fun routines, big laughs, and lively audience participation, the incredible wedding band The Nooks were setting up behind the scenes. They’re an absolutely fantastic band—professional, talented, and full of personality. It was a pleasure working alongside them.

The timing worked perfectly:

Lisa and Paul were surrounded by wonderful family and friends, and it was clear how much love was in the room. It was a joy to be part of such a magical day at such a stunning venue.

On Friday 28th November, I had the pleasure of performing at the beautiful Canal Court Hotel for the wonderful wedding of Arlene and Colin. From the moment I arrived, it was clear this was going to be an unforgettable evening—great people, a stunning venue, and an atmosphere full of excitement.

After the wedding meal, guests were in fantastic form and ready for some fun, which created the perfect setup for my comedy hypnosis show. The energy in the room was electric right from the start. Once I brought volunteers to the stage, the laughter never stopped—funny reactions, brilliant personalities, and routines that had the entire room howling. It’s nights like this that make what I do so rewarding.

It was also brilliant to work alongside Leah from Serenity Seeker, who was capturing the magic of the day with her fantastic content creation skills. Always great to see talented people doing what they do best!

And a real highlight was catching up with the Just Adam Band—a top-class band who always bring incredible energy to any wedding they perform at. Great people and great musicians.

The guests were exceptional—full of enthusiasm, laughter, and support through every moment. Arlene and Colin were surrounded by an amazing crowd, and it was clear how loved they are.

It was an honour to be part of such a special celebration.

Last night, I had the absolute pleasure of performing my one-hour comedy hypnosis show at the beautiful Leighinmohr House Hotel in Ballymena, as family and friends gathered to celebrate the wedding of Darren and Claire on Saturday 29th November 2025.

From the moment I arrived, the Leighinmohr House Hotel staff were outstanding. Everything ran smoothly, perfectly on time, and their professionalism helped create the ideal atmosphere for an unforgettable evening. It’s always a joy to perform at a venue where the team truly cares about every detail.

After dinner, the room was already filled with energy—exactly what you want for a show like mine. We kicked things off in style with the entire crowd joining me for a lively singalong of “Sweet Caroline.” That chorus lifted the whole room and set the tone for a night full of fun.

With the crowd warmed up, I invited volunteers up to the stage. Once hypnotised, the laughter really started. From driving invisible tractors to riding imaginary horses, the reactions had everyone in stitches. The audience was brilliant—engaged, supportive, and loving every moment.

When my show wrapped up, the fantastic Sounds Good Music DJ took over and kept the party in full swing, making sure the celebrations carried on long into the night.
